It includes the relevant information for staff and governors, broken down into easy steps for different stakeholders in their roles. This is the perfect resource to support school leaders and DSLs with training staff or for school based staff to better understand their responsibilities around keeping children safe.
Please note that slide 5 requires a small edit to make the slides relevant for each individual setting.
Staff INSET training appropriate for all schools in the UK. All new KCSiE updates have been included, all information has been compiled from relevant sources including the new guidance and is provided in an engaging manner. These slides have been produced by a trained NSPCC trainer and provide staff with up to date information that is accessible and explained through overviews as an introduction that can be supplemented by reading the guidance in part or full.
These are editable slides that provide staff with interactive activities rather than following a powerpoint led by the school’s Designated Safeguarding Lead.
